Summer is a very popular time in Lake Tahoe (because of this, we were unable to secure a room block!), and many accommodations are already booking up. Owing to summertime traffic, we recommend you stay as close to Incline Village as possible, but there are of course many options around the lake if you prefer to find a place elsewhere.
The complete gamut of north shore accommodations starts with the high-end Hyatt Regency in Incline Village and ends with, well, camping, if that’s your thing. Here are some recommendations.
In Incline Village
There are limited hotels in Incline Village; however, many great options exist through private rental companies. Any place in Incline Village won’t be more than a 15-min drive from the wedding venue, and some houses and condos will be within walking distance. Also note that some of the beaches in Incline Village are private and for residents only; many rental properties offer passes to gain access. Check out:

- Parkside Inn, 775-831-1052. A good value option: nothing fancy, but clean rooms and conveniently located. 2-night minimum required. 15-min walk to wedding venue.
- Hyatt Regency, 775-832-1234. While this is among the more expensive options, it is located right next to the wedding venue. 2-night minimum required.
Around Incline Village
- Tahoe Biltmore in Crystal Bay, 775-831-0660. Slightly dated rooms in main hotel or upgraded newer “cottage” rooms. 10-min drive to wedding venue.
- Franciscan Lakeside Lodge in Tahoe Vista, 530-546-6300. Mid-range option. 15-min drive to wedding venue.
- Firelite Lodge in Tahoe Vista, 800-934-7222. Possible to book cabins/houses. 3-night minimum required. 15-min drive to wedding venue.
